Grand Opening Give Away Gala

It's been a month (OK - month and three days) of blogging, reading, learning and growing and, I think it's time to have a party!! So far, this blogging thing has been a blast and I can't even explain the rush I get when I see that I have another follower or comment. It's kind of like a little gift for me from you. (And I know there are a few unannounced guests from time to time - thanks for the e-mails and facebook messages!) So here's the deal: time for me to give a little gift back to you. (no, no, I insist) On April 30, I will be giving away a $20 gift certificate from Amazon to one lucky reader. You don't have to be a follower (but you are always welcome to click the little button), anyone can put their name in the hat (even those of you that live far, far away). One rule, though. (Just one - and it's easy) Leave a comment on this post with the title of your favorite book. If you like you can expand, it would be more interesting, but you don't have to. Just the name of your favorite book - and how to get hold of you if you win. That's it! Easy Peasy. On party day (April 30 - in case you've forgotten) I will have a big cake - if you want to join me, you can get your own big cake and hang out here while we eat them. I'm sure cake has no calories when it's eaten as part of an e-party. Bring a friend! Everyone is welcome!

  1. Is there a "no members of the same household, and or family may enter this draw"? If there isn't, then consider this my entry.
"The Book Thief" by Markus Zusak. Zusak's incredible use of imagery in this novel creates a moving and memorable literary masterpiece.
