Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
* Grab your current read
* Open to a random page
* Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
* Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers


Surrender the Heart (Surrender to Destiny)She had hoped to remain below deck today where she could more easily forget she was in the middle of the ocean. Besides, she had to plan the best way to sabotage the ship, and she wanted to investigate the lower decks. (pg 47)

I wish I could remember which great blog I was visiting that had reviewed "Surrender the Heart" by Mary Lu Tyndall (aha - it was Alexis at Reflexions of a Bookaholic!). The review spurred me on to read it. And I am very much enjoying it so far.

    Oh, I hate that! I've been trying to keep better notes on who recommended a book to me so I can give them a shout out once I read and review it. I have so many that I can't remember who recommended, or where I first head about them that it's a little sad. Oh well, at least I'm trying now.
